REQUIREMENTS

✅ Rental Requirements

To ensure a smooth, safe rental experience, all customers must meet the following requirements:

🪪 Driver Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Must carry active auto insurance (can be verified at booking)

  • Rollr reserves the right to deny rentals based on risk

💳 Payment & Deposit

  • All bookings require a valid credit or debit card

  • A security deposit of  may be held during your rental (varies by cart)

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking

📍 Rental Area & Use

  • Carts must remain within Fort Lauderdale city limits unless approved in advance

  • Carts are not permitted on highways or major thoroughfares

  • No off-road use, reckless driving, or towing of any kind

🔌 Charging & Care (Electric Carts Only)

  • Renter is responsible for charging the cart if kept overnight

  • Charger and instructions provided

  • Failure to return a charged cart may result in a fee

🛑 Prohibited Use

  • No operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • No unauthorized drivers (only registered renter may operate)

  • No racing, stunting, or commercial use without written approval

📝 Rental Agreement & Waiver

  • Renters must sign our digital rental agreement & liability waiver prior to use

  • Waiver includes acknowledgment of risks and damage liability

  • Copies available upon request

🔧 Damage & Responsibility

  • Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period

  • Optional damage waiver available at checkout to reduce liability

  • All carts are photographed and inspected before and after rental
